If the client does not answer calls or Text for 30 minutes, the ride will be cancelled, and the client will be responsible for full payment no show.
Courtesy time: 1 hour after flight landing.
After 1 hour, $0.50 per minute waiting charge applies.
If the client does not answer calls or Text for 60 minutes, the ride will be cancelled, and the client will be responsible for full payment for no Show.
Courtesy time: 90 minutes after flight landing.
After 90 minutes, $0.50 per minute waiting charge applies.
If the client does not answer calls or Text for 90 minutes, the ride will be cancelled, and the client will be responsible for full payment no show.
If a job is cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no charges will apply. If the payment was made by credit card and the amount has already been charged, the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days. However, if the customer cancels the ride less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the customer will be responsible for the full payment.
